"Blue think of Green" was created while I was living in a 6th floor apartment, inside an old building built before 1975 (center of District 1, Saigon, Vietnam). With images from the project "The sorrow of Skin" (*) and collected materials in and around my daily life. These include: papers, photo papers, cartons, flowers, leaves, plastic pieces, cigarette butts, nylon, plastic straws, staplers, medical tape.
After that, I independently printed and published the artbook as a form of protest against the art and publishing censorship policy in Vietnam.
(*) In this photography work, I experimented to juxtapose the concepts - abstract images - behavior and bodily sensations with the practical improvisations during the shooting.
